  • ‣ DROP-OFF FOR HIGH SCHOOL IS AT 5:30 PM ON SUNDAY (07/05). PICK-UP WILL BE AT 5:30 PM ON FRIDAY (07/10).

    ‣ DROP-OFF FOR MIDDLE SCHOOL IS AT 5:30 PM ON SUNDAY (07/26). PICK-UP WILL BE AT 5:30 PM ON FRIDAY (07/31).

    ‣ DROP-OFF FOR FIRST CLASS IS AT 5:30 PM ON SUNDAY (07/12). PICK-UP WILL BE AT 5:30 PM ON TUESDAY (07/14).

    ‣ DROP-OFF FOR ELEMENTARY (FULL WEEK) IS AT 5:30 PM ON SUNDAY (08/02). PICK-UP WILL BE AT 5:30 PM ON FRIDAY (08/07).

    ‣ PARK IN THE LOT BY THE SOCCER FIELD.

    ‣ CHECK IN, GET A WRIST BAND AND GET YOUR PICTURE TAKEN.

    ‣ PICK UP CABIN NAME TAG

    ‣ DROP OFF ANY MEDS YOU HAVE WITH THE NURSE.

    ‣ BRING YOUR LUGGAGE TO THE SIGN WITH YOUR CABIN'S NAME ON IT AND OUR STAFF WILL TRANSPORT IT FROM THERE.

    ‣ DON'T FORGET TO STOP AT THE CAMP STORE FOR SOME FRESH MERCH.

  • ‣ PICK UP FOR HIGH SCHOOL WILL BE AT 5:30 PM ON FRIDAY (07/10).

    ‣ PICK-UP FOR MIDDLE SCHOOL WILL BE AT 5:30 PM ON FRIDAY (07/31).

    ‣ PICK-UP FOR FIRST CLASS WILL BE AT 5:30 PM ON TUESDAY (07/14).

    ‣ PICK-UP FOR ELEMENTARY WILL BE AT 5:30 PM ON FRIDAY (08/07).

    ‣ Park in the same lot you did for Drop-off Day.

    ‣ Have an ID ready when you reach the kiosk. You will be given a card with your camper’s name on it.

    ‣ Take this card to your camper’s cabin and give it to the counselor to identify your camper.

    ‣ Pick up any meds you brought from the nurse.

    ‣ If you missed it on Drop-off Day, stop by the Camp Store for some camp gear.

  • ‣ The week prior to arrival date, you will receive an email with a link to the Health and Consent form. Fill out one for each camper.

  • Cabin selection will be during registration drop off time.

  • ‣ Your camper will be moved to our health office with our medical personnel, and you will be contacted.

  • ‣ Contact the office Administration ahead of time.

    ‣ On arrival of early pick-up, fill out the early pick-up paperwork in the camp offices (located at the top of the big brown building when you enter).
